Chicago’s Tribune Tower is Undergoing a Major Luxury Condo Renovation

Changing the Chicago real estate game.

The new Tribune Tower residences made headlines when announced. Partially because the iconic Tribune Tower was home to the Chicago Tribune until 2018, and also because the condos that will soon call Tribune Tower home will be incredibly impressive.

There’s all that much worth saving within the interior aside from the historic rooms mentioned within the article: the primary floor, exec offices, the rotunda at the highest, etc. I’ve never been inside the offices but in every picture I’ve seen it’s like modern concrete loft offices. Not exactly preservation worthy.
