Itching for a good corn maze? Richardson Adventure Farm in Spring Grove, Illinois is home to the world’s largest! Along with its giant maze, you can also experience zip lining, a 50-foot observation tower, live pig races, rides, a pumpkin patch, picnic & campfire space, and so much more. The farm is open until November 7 Thursday through Sunday. You can even experience special “Maze ‘til Midnight” hours on select days!

Didier Farms in Lincolnshire, Illinois is the perfect spot to check all those fall activities off your list! Every year, they host their famous Pumpkinfest from the last week of September until the end of October. You’ll be able to enjoy hayrides, treats, camel & pony rides, pig races, kiddie rides, crafts, a petting zoo, and more. Not to mention, you’ll be surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Lake County, Illinois.

Drive out to Goebbert’s Farm in Pingree Grove, Illinois— You won’t be disappointed! Goebbert’s Farm is a popular seasonal retreat among Illinois residents who are mostly known for their Fall Festival, where people of all ages can enjoy their favorite autumn activities. They even have a Garden Center location in South Barrington. Goebbert’s is open every day until Halloween day from 9 am-6 pm.

Patch 22 in Wadsworth, Illinois is a full-working, family-run farm full of entertainment and seasonal fun. You and your family will enjoy pony & hayrides, a petting farm, a pumpkin patch, food, and more! They are even a great venue option for large parties or events. Patch 22 is open to the public on Fridays from 10 am-3 pm and Sundays from 10 am-4 pm.

Located in McHenry, IL, Stade’s Farm & Market is your go-to spot for a fun-filled autumn day. There are many activities to partake in, such as apple picking, a petting zoo, educational sessions, sunset hayrides, bonfires, crafts, and more! The farm’s founder, Vern Stade, began his dairy farming career in 1977, transitioned to solely growing crops in 2001, and from there established the Stade’s Farm & Market we know today. Stade’s Fall Festival runs from September 11 until October 31!
