Ingredients include: tocino grilled cheese, steamed duck bao bun, crab handroll, crispy pork belly, wok fired shishito peppers, applewood bacon, sunda potatoes, lumpia, takuan, kai-lan. Sunda takes the cake for the biggest and best bloody.
