Oromo Cafe
One of the newer cafes in the area, Oromo is aesthetically pleasing and serves up some amazing coffee. The pistachio and rose latte is an excellent combination of flavors you wouldn’t expect to work well, and the frozen chai blows those blended Starbucks drinks out of the water. 4703 N Lincoln Ave

The Book Cellar
You may just think “bookstore” when you spot this fantastic little place, but you are deceived! The Book Cellar is named for the owner’s two favorite things: wine and books, which means there’s a cafe! Serving up the best iced soy mochas or chai lattes, quick snacks, and delectable pastries, drop by to pick up the latest bestseller and grab a seat by the window (or on the patio) for optimal sipping and people watching. Expert tip: this bookstore also hosts book clubs and author events. Snag a calendar near the register. 4736 N Lincoln Ave
