DC Ranch is one of the most highly sought-after master-planned communities in all of Scottsdale, and Silverleaf at DC Ranch is one of its most exclusive neighborhoods. The gated community, made up of a combination of custom and semi-custom homes is beloved for its perfectly manicured grounds and the wealth of gardens, fountains, and parks it offers. Silverleaf is also home to a vast array of excellent amenities, among which are two community centers, swimming pools, fitness rooms, playgrounds, sports courts, and a community theater. All of the neighborhoods within the master-planned community of DC Ranch are connected by over 33 miles of beautiful walking paths, and a selection of shopping and dining are located all within a short distance. The homes within Silverleaf at DC Ranch feature two to eight bedrooms and up to 11 bathrooms. Prices start in the $2M range, though some larger custom estates are priced as high as $28M.

Canyon Heights

Canyon Heights is a gated community located at the base of the McDowell Mountains made up of 23 custom homes on large lots that offer highly-coveted views as well as plenty of privacy. Pinnacle Peak Heights is a community of upscale luxury homes on large lots with stunning views of the McDowell Mountains. Pinnacle Peak Heights homes range in size between 5,000 square feet and over 8,300 square feet and feature up to five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Desert Mountain

Desert Mountain is a gated community located only a short distance from the heart of Downtown Scottsdale that offers all of the luxuries of a world-class resort. Residents have the option to join the member-owned Desert Mountain Club, which opens up access to esteemed golf courses, among other elite amenities.
