About the Orleans Neighborhood in Naperville
Tucked away in a bustling part of east Naperville, just west of Naper Boulevard and south of Bailey Road, you'll find the charming subdivision of Orleans. Built by Pulte Homes between the late 1980s and early 1990s, this community primarily features townhomes with six distinct models, ranging from one to three-bedroom layouts. These homes are known for their large, multi-section windows that fill the bedrooms with light, as well as their spacious front yards. The floor plans—Abbey, Courtney, Dijon, Espirit, and Genet—all include full basements for extra living or storage space. The Bordeaux plan offers a different layout, providing approximately 1,640 square feet on the main level instead of a basement.
