Soho House Chicago Architects Adding 349 More Units to the South Loop with Printers Row project.

Pre-leasing is now available for a new tower of 349 luxury units in the South Loop, Chicago’s iconic Printers Row. From penthouse suites to studios, the building offers an array of floor plans for everyone with nearly 100 dedicated parking spots.

Hartshorne Plunkard Architect Firm, known for renowned projects such as Soho House Chicago, the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel, and Essex on the Park joined CMK Companies to capture the epitome of luxury living in the South Loop.

With an ode to the Palmer Printing Building in mind, the architects maintained classic designs while enhancing industrious features.

CMK fine-tuned fixtures and key enhancements that truly encapsulate luxury within reach (of the city and your budget).

Units range from 478-square-foot studio apartments to 3,276-square-foot, four-bedroom penthouses. According to Imprint, rent prices range from $1,745 to $8,100.
