A few of our favorite things in one fest.
This weekend at Thalia Hall, you can partake in two of the world’s favorite things: coffee and beer. Now, you might be thinking, “Okay, I can have those all the time,” which is true, but have you ever had varieties of both from local vendors at ONE festival?
Didn’t think so!
Described as “A festival at the intersection of coffee, beer, cocktails and so much more”, it’s not hard to believe that Uppers & Downers, hosted by Good Beer Hunting, has been a hit in Chicago for the last six years.
Uppers & Downers brings together craft beer and coffee culture, exploring the process, technique, and even origin of these ingredients.
The fest will expand in a big way this year with lactic fermentation sensory, surprising cocktails, culinary experiments and more! Additionally, the Good Beer Hunting is hosting other events happening this week, before the festival itself! The main event will take place on Saturday, March 30th.
