Get in the holiday spirit and avoid the snow.

Chicago is a city with plenty to offer residents and visitors, and the holiday season is no exception! If you don’t feel like bundling up for ZooLights or ice skating at Maggie Daley Park, we know of a few indoor spots you can make plans to check out throughout the month of December.

Get. Ready. The Fifth Third Bank Winter WonderFest features 170,000 square feet of attractions which include rides, huge slides, indoor ice skating, and exciting holiday decor.

Frosty’s Christmas Bar
Instagram photos are abundant here, and it’s easy to see why. Frosty’s really decks the halls for patrons to enjoy holiday-themed beverages amongst the lights and decor.

Holiday traditions from around the world. Historical AND beautiful! From one tree to more than 50, this exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry is one of the best traditions in Chicago.

The Walnut Room at Macy’s
A tradition indeed. Many people gather at The Walnut Room at Macy’s on State Street during the holidays, as it’s a great experience to dine on delicious food around a huge, insanely decorate Christmas tree.
