about Warren
Warren Winter’s love for real estate began in childhood, inspired by his parents’ passion for Frank Lloyd Wright and mid-century modern design. While architecture was his first love, Warren took a scenic route to the industry. He spent years traveling the globe as an accomplished photojournalist for Time and Newsweek, publishing 20 photography books, serving as an expert witness in 20 legal litigations, and even earning a Series 3 license to trade futures.
Driven by an insatiable curiosity that has taken him to 49 states and 30 countries, Warren eventually returned to his roots. Inspired by a conversation with a friend in the industry, he decided to channel his diverse talents into a lifelong passion: helping clients navigate the market.
An 18-year resident of Chicago, Warren knows the city’s neighborhoods inside and out. When you work with him, you get more than an agent—you get a master negotiator, a creative problem solver, and an artist who can spot a property’s hidden potential. Whether you're buying or selling, Warren brings the vision, grit, and global perspective needed to guide you to your next chapter.
