Verona Shutte's passion for real estate goes beyond the properties themselves — it's about how people live, move, and build their lives through the places they call home. Having experienced renting and owning both in the U.S. and abroad, she understands the challenges property decisions can bring, and how much the right guidance matters. That's what drew her into the industry: a desire to help others feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Verona brings a customer-focused background built on years of listening closely, anticipating needs, and guiding people through stressful moments with calm and clarity. She sees real estate the same way — rooted in trust, communication, and understanding what someone truly needs, even before they've found the words for it.

Her own journey shaped that outlook. She bought her first home young, learning firsthand about renting, managing tenants, and navigating financial ups and downs. Time spent living in the Middle East and Africa, traveling widely, and later moving through three U.S. states gave her a deep understanding of what "home" really means — and how disorienting it can feel to start over in an unfamiliar place. When she finally landed in Chicago, something clicked. She fell in love with the city's neighborhoods and character, and that feeling is what now drives her to help others find the same sense of belonging.

Loyal, creative, and endlessly curious, Verona brings warmth and genuine connection to every client relationship. Her global perspective and natural instinct for putting people at ease make her approachable and easy to trust. When she's not helping clients find their next home, she's spending time with her fluffy Persian cat, Mop.
