Vahn Phayprasert brings a perspective to real estate that few agents can offer: he is an educator first and an agent second. Before joining Fulton Grace Realty, Vahn spent more than a decade in education, as a teacher and administrator. Throughout those years, his work centered on helping families navigate challenges, understand their options, and reach their goals.

Vahn decided it was time to bring those same skills into a new profession. He sees buying, selling, or moving into a new home as one of life's most significant financial and personal milestones. Similar to his work in education, he approaches the process by informing, advocating, and guiding. His goal extends beyond facilitating transactions; he strives to empower his clients to visualize and achieve new possibilities for their future.

Clients working with Vahn can expect someone who listens, explains things clearly, asks the right questions, and is genuinely invested in helping them make informed decisions. He serves clients throughout the greater Chicago and surrounding areas, with a particular interest in residential sales, leasing, and commercial real estate. Vahn holds a special passion for working with first-time buyers, families/individuals who may not know where to begin, and those who, like himself, never imagined buying a home. His approach is relationship-driven rather than transactional, and he wants every client to feel informed, confident, and supported at each step.

Outside of real estate, Vahn is part of a community of local artists who create and sell their work. Art gives him a creative outlet and another way to connect with people. He brings that same curiosity and creativity to his clients, whether he's helping someone envision what a space could become or simply making them feel comfortable during an unfamiliar process.
