Real estate has been part of Tom’s life for as long as he can remember. His grandfather, Thomas J. Dunphy Sr., founded the family real estate business in 1958, and his father later became involved in residential appraising. That background, combined with decades of hands-on valuation experience, shaped Tom’s analytical, straightforward, and client-focused approach.

Tom is professional, easygoing, and no-pressure. His goal is to provide clear communication, honest guidance, and real market insight so clients can make confident decisions from the first conversation through closing.
