Roman Patzner graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Finance, Investment & Banking. Thereafter, he studied law and practiced at a large firm in Chicago as a tax attorney. However, after acquiring personal real estate investments, particularly in multi-family properties, Roman developed a deep understanding of property ownership, management and the fruits of well-planned real estate investments. As a result, he committed fully to real estate and ceased his law practice. Although he does not doubt that his insight into Chicago’s legal landscape will come in handy for his clients.

In his first year as a real estate agent in 2021, Roman was the #2 individual agent at Fulton Grace Realty with over $14 million in closed sales. From 2022 - 2025, Roman was the #1 or #2 individual agent at Fulton Grace each year with cumulative sales exceeding $86 million. In 2022, Roman was named "Rookie of the Year" for the Chicago central market and a Top Producer from 2022 - 2025 by the Chicago Association of Realtors. After only 5 years of selling real estate in Chicago, Roman passed the $100 million cumulative sales mark, which is attributed to performing exceptional real estate consulting services and earning repeat referrals from clients.

When not growing his clients' real estate portfolios and educating others on the potential for passive income, you can likely find Roman rehabbing homes in his spare time or spending time in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood where he resides.
