Rachel Attix
about Rachel
Rachel Attix found her way into real estate through what she describes as a serendipitous accident. After responding to an ad for a leasing agent position, she quickly discovered how much she enjoyed helping people navigate one of life’s most personal decisions—finding a place to call home.
Rachel approaches her work with empathy and understanding. Having experienced the stress and frustration of apartment searching herself, she makes it a priority to truly get to know her clients, build meaningful relationships, and understand what they’re looking for. Her goal is to make the process smoother, more informed, and ultimately more successful for every client she works with.
Originally from North Carolina, Rachel has lived all over the world and across the U.S., including Boston, New York City, and Atlanta, before settling in Chicago—where she finally feels most at home. Before beginning her career in real estate, she worked across several industries, including restaurants and office environments, and spent a decade as a flight attendant for a major airline, experiences that shaped her adaptability, communication skills, and love of connecting with people from all walks of life.
Outside of work, Rachel stays active playing competitive Ultimate Frisbee and enjoys hiking, gardening, and traveling whenever she can. She also shares her home with her two lovable (and occasionally mischievous) cats, Topaz and Toulouse.
Rachel understands that homes are deeply personal, and she takes pride in helping her clients find the right fit. With her thoughtful approach and commitment to service, she strives to be a trusted partner who makes the home search both easy and rewarding.
