about Quinn
Quinn Bryant believes real estate has the power to shape lives, families, and futures—and she approaches her work with that responsibility in mind. Born and raised on Chicago’s South Side, Quinn is deeply rooted in the communities she serves and is committed to helping people make thoughtful housing decisions that prioritize quality of life, stability, and connection.
Quinn leads with integrity and views her role as a guide, not a gatekeeper. She is transparent about trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring her clients have the information they need to make confident decisions. With a particular appreciation for the role rentals play in fostering stable communities, Quinn focuses on making intentional matches between tenants and buildings—aligning lifestyle, budget, and values so that placements are lasting, neighbors stay, and buildings thrive.
Before transitioning into real estate, Quinn spent more than 20 years in brand marketing and strategy across the CPG, beverage, spirits, and cannabis industries. That experience sharpened her strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to understand people’s needs—skills she now brings to every real estate relationship.
Quinn is a graduate of Morgan Park High School and earned her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. She also spent six years living and working in New York City, an experience that broadened her perspective on urban living and community development.
Outside of work, Quinn is a music lover, an avid Pilates enthusiast, and a writer. She is the author of What Would Jay-Z Do?, a book of daily affirmations inspired by the mindset of growth and ambition. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her enjoying a meal at Bavette’s—her favorite Chicago restaurant.
