As a Florida resident for over 45 years, Kelly and her family have had the opportunity to call Palm Beach County, Martin County, and most recently, St. Lucie County their home. Her children have gone through the Martin County School System and have enjoyed Florida college life at UCF and Embry Riddle. Kelly and her husband are now settled in Port St. Lucie, just down the street from their children and grandchildren, and all are enjoying life in one of the most dynamic regions in Florida. St. Lucie County continues to attract new residents and businesses with its expanding infrastructure while still maintaining the sense of community and coastal charm that people value.

Kelly obtained her real estate license in 2003 and followed that up with her broker's license in 2019. Kelly has been a certified paralegal for 35 years, working closely with attorneys specializing in estate planning, probate, real estate closings and real estate law. She also obtained her Master's in Legal Studies from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
