Kathy Lopez had always been drawn to real estate, and ten years ago she turned that lifelong interest into a career. Today she serves clients throughout Palm City and Martin County, combining market knowledge with a genuine gift for helping sellers present their homes at their best. Her expertise in staging helps her clients get top dollar for their homes as does her eye for smart, small improvements which is backed by extensive construction experience. Kathy and her husband have built two homes from the ground up, completed many renovations and flip projects, and have owned and operated a commercial cabinetry business since 1992. She goes above and beyond to help every home shine, guided by a simple philosophy: Personal Service, Quality Results.

Kathy chose Fulton Grace for its friendly, boutique feel and its welcoming, supportive staff, which she far prefers to a large corporate agency.

Born and raised in the Redland just south of Miami, Kathy now loves calling Palm City home. She spent 45 years teaching dance and workout classes at her hometown studio and still stays active at the gym and on the pickleball court most days. Weekends find her on the boat or relaxing by the pool or beach. Most of all, she treasures time with her three married daughters and ten grandchildren, her greatest source of pride and joy, and with friends and family she’s always ready for fun.
