Born in Florida and raised in Chicago, Joshua Irizarry graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre & Performance. Chicago has always been his stomping ground — a city where he has nurtured his passion for community, & his love for performance - while building a strong professional foundation rooted in service, discipline, & community.

Joshua also built a successful career in Chicago’s downtown hospitality industry, where he developed exceptional communication skills & a client-first mindset. In 2024, he made the intentional decision to conclude his career in the service industry to fully dedicate himself to real estate and the clients he serves.

In 2025, Joshua proudly joined the Fire Department, working to protect the lives & property of citizens in case of an emergency. That experience strengthened his commitment to integrity, quick decision-making under pressure, and putting people first — values that now define the way he serves his real estate clients.

Inspired by the desire to honor his late mother and guided by his faith, the purchase of his first home at just 22 years old sparked Joshua’s passion for real estate. It introduced him to the power of homeownership in building generational wealth. Joshua then committed himself to helping others like himself — especially first-time homebuyers — confidently navigate the path to homeownership.

Today, Joshua brings the heart of a public servant & the precision of a seasoned hospitality professional to every transaction. His client now range from New Development projects around the city, to home sales and purchases of luxury and investment properties and beyond. Joshua is committed to meeting the client where they are at and helping them set up a path to achieve their goals through strategic planning and education.
