Lifelong Chicagoland native and area expert, Josh Stein has a long-standing relationship with the City of Chicago’s multifaceted landscape. Josh is a graduate of DePaul University. During his time at DePaul University, he studied Public Policy concentrating in Urban Studies. He began his career working in the legal field but ultimately decided to embrace a new path with a career in real estate to best service his community.

Josh Stein specializes in multi-family real estate brokerage services. Providing his clients with expertise on residential and commercial leasing and sales. Josh has maintained his position with Fulton Grace Realty since 2020 and has been helping clients with their real estate needs since 2019.

He lives in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago and strongly believes his approach to real estate and entrepreneurship is key to help people and truly make a difference within his community. When not representing clients, you can find Josh traveling, curating his collection of fine wine, and trying out new spicy food.
