Jessica Tedrow
about Jessica
Jessica Tedrow has always been fascinated by how people live, grow, and build community—and that curiosity naturally led her to real estate. With studies in anthropology, a degree in art history, and a decade-long career in interior design, she offers a unique, mindful perspective to every client interaction. Jessica sees each home as more than just a structure—it’s a story waiting to unfold.
Born and raised in Southern California, she shocked her wholly Midwestern family (who had all long ago migrated to the west coast) by falling in love with Chicago during a high school visit and never looking back. After completing her undergraduate studies in Wisconsin, she made the move and settled into a tiny apartment in Irving Park with her best friend. Since then, she’s rented in five different neighborhoods, gaining firsthand knowledge of Chicago’s diverse communities—and she uses that experience to help her clients find not just a place to live, but a place to thrive.
When she’s not helping people find their dream homes, you’ll find Jessica playing volleyball, soaking up sunshine on a patio, or indulging in her latest passion project: searching the city for the best slice of chocolate cake. A lover of animals, Italian and Mediterranean cuisines, and all things Parisian, Jessica is a thoughtful guide with a designer’s eye and a heart for helping others feel at home.
