about Jennifer
Jennifer L. Heins is a Long Island native whose career has been defined by one constant: a genuine desire to help people. Raised in New York, she earned a Master's degree in Education and Business from the New York Institute of Technology before beginning her career as a high school teacher on Long Island — a role that laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to service and community.
After stepping away from the classroom to raise her family, Jennifer channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into co-founding and operating a successful business for over 15 years. When that chapter closed, she embraced a new beginning — obtaining her real estate license and launching the next phase of a career built on trust, connection, and purpose.
Today, Jennifer brings that same dedication to her real estate practice, with a particular focus on property management for owners and their tenants. She also serves full-time as an office manager for a homeowner's association, giving her a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of the communities and people she serves. Jennifer has a special place in her heart for the elderly population, recognizing that they deserve a strong advocate in their corner — someone who will truly listen and fight for their needs.
Outside of work, Jennifer is happiest in nature — hiking wooded trails, swimming, and spending time with her animals. She is deeply family-oriented and believes that no career achievement outweighs the importance of the people you love. While she values genuine connection over the noise of social media, her warmth and approachability speak for themselves in every interaction.
For Jennifer, real estate isn't just a profession — it's another avenue to do what she's always done best: show up for people and make a difference.
