Dewayne T Marshall has been a proud part of Chicago’s real estate community since 1992, when he first began selling homes on the city’s South Side. Drawn to the industry for its excitement and potential, he quickly discovered that his true passion lies in working with people and helping them find the right place to call home.

Born and raised in Chicago, Dewayne attended school on the South Side and launched his rental career on the North Side with The Apartment People. With over 30 years of experience in the rental market, he brings a deep knowledge of the city’s diverse neighborhoods, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing right by his clients.

Outside of real estate, Dewayne enjoys shooting pool, diving into anime and comic books, and living by the words of his grandmother: “Treat people how you want to be treated,” and “Never let nobody outwork you.” That philosophy drives everything he does—both personally and professionally.
