Desmond Lathan, a Milwaukee, WI native, moved to Chicago in 2006 to attend Columbia College. Majoring in marketing, he developed a love for real estate. Post-graduation, like many, he fell into a service industry role, and eventually decided to pursue real estate as a career, and not just a hobby.

Joining Fulton Grace Realty in the early days -- 2010 - he hit the ground running and began leasing and property management. Now, he manages a portfolio of 300 units, does leasing for countless others throughout the city, and oversees a team of 6!
