Chicago native Demetrio ‘Javi’ Javier joined Fulton Grace Realty with a Masters in Educational Leadership and Marine Veteran status. After retiring with over 20 years dedicated to education within the Chicago Public Schools, Javi still finds himself captivated by the service of helping others reach their goals. Owning a construction company that has been rehabbing Chicago homes since 2016, Javi brings this knowledge and experience to serve each of his clients. He finds that he always applies the core values ingrained in him as a Marine-- Honor, Courage, Commitment -- in all that he does. Encompassing each of these pillars for each of his clients is a tenement he lives by and offers his resume as testimony.

When not enthralled in his work with clients or at construction projects, you can find Javi likely spending time with his family, ideally outdoors and camping.
