Chris Heinz brings something rare to real estate: 15 years of corporate finance expertise, matched with a genuine passion for the people behind every transaction. Originally from McHenry, IL, Chris studied mathematics and financial economics at Vanderbilt University before building his career in Nashville—eventually returning to Chicago to be closer to family and, as it turned out, to find his calling.

That calling came naturally. Having personally bought and sold multiple properties, Chris knows firsthand what it feels like to navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of a lifetime. He made the leap from finance to real estate because he wanted a career where analytical rigor and human connection weren't just compatible—they were essential. Real estate, with its unique overlap of the emotional and the financial, fit the bill perfectly.

When he's not helping clients, you'll find Chris at the piano (he's been playing most of his life), out exploring Chicago's restaurant scene—pasta being his particular weakness—or starting the morning with one too many lattes. He has a love for theatre, sketching, and the gym, and shares his home with two spirited Yorkies, Alaska and Sasha.
