about Anik
Anik Singh’s passion for real estate began in an unexpected place: the MONOPOLY board. What started as a childhood game evolved into an early education in strategy, negotiation, and relationship-building. With high-speed competitive play channeled through his high school MONOPOLY club, Anik learned how clear communication, quick thinking, and trust are essential to successful deals. Experiences ranging from teaching business vocabulary to first-generation immigrants, building community through shared goals, and becoming a recognized children’s book author for the game laid the foundation for his people-first approach to real estate.
Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Anik went on to attend the University of Chicago, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2024 and a Master’s in Management from the Booth School of Business in 2025. He is now a licensed broker in Illinois, beginning his professional career in real estate. Anik brings a charismatic, approachable energy to every client interaction and believes that comfort, honesty, and open communication are essential to building lasting relationships. He is proactive and committed to ensuring every client feels heard, whether they are excited to move forward quickly or leisurely exploring their options.
Outside of real estate, Anik is deeply involved in competitive gaming, particularly Super Smash Bros., where he has competed in tournaments nationally, achieved global rankings, and created content exploring the psychology of competition and decision-making. His deep passion has taken him to the international stage, broadening his perspective and appreciation for diverse communities worldwide. He is also an avid volleyball enthusiast, concertgoer, and a dedicated food lover at heart. Don’t be surprised if you find him enjoying a meal at In-N-Out in California or Portillo’s in Chicago. Anik is excited to bring his unique background, global outlook, and genuine enthusiasm into this next chapter of his career with Fulton Grace.
