Andrea Reed
about Andrea
Born and raised in Chicago, Andrea Reed's path to real estate was shaped long before she ever held a license. A graduate of Phoenix Military High School and DeVry University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting, Andrea built her foundation with discipline, precision, and a drive to create lasting impact.
Her real estate journey began at 27, when she purchased her first investment property — a move that sparked a deeper calling. Before joining Fulton Grace, Andrea worked as a recertification specialist and assistant property manager, gaining firsthand knowledge of housing compliance, tenant relations, and the day-to-day operations that keep properties running smoothly. Working closely with residents and property owners gave her a perspective that goes far beyond the transaction: she understands how the right home, or the right investment, can create stability, opportunity, and generational wealth.
Today, Andrea brings that same hands-on expertise to her clients as a licensed broker. Whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or somewhere in between, she offers a rare combination of investor insight, operational knowledge, and a genuine commitment to your long-term success.
With a natural eye for design and a passion for watching spaces transform, Andrea sees every property as a possibility. But above all, she believes real estate is about relationships — built on trust, communication, and a shared vision for what's next.
