I know the Chicago rental market. Currently I am both a landlord and a tenant which gives me a special understanding of what rental clients need and an empathetic perspective. Navigating the rental market in the city can be overwhelming. Guidance from an experienced agent can keep you on track.
I know the Chicago sales market too. Since receiving my license 12 years ago I have participated in hundreds of residential and investment transactions and served on a condominium board of directors.
