Life. Real Estate. Relationships.
It all begins with a conversation.
My approach is:
"What are you looking for?"
Not, "Look what I have for you, take it"
My renters, buyers and sellers are all asked the same question:
"What is important for me to know in meeting your real estate needs /"
I will work for your interests. You will get what you want.
My introduction to real estate began in 1990 when I bought a two flat in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood. It allowed me a chance to have a laboratory to execute my interests in renovation, preservation and landscape architecture with my own hands. I also learned to work with my tenants to make a better building by having an open exchange of ideas.
Starting on a small scale, I learned what it was like to be a landlord.
Building relationships. Design. Construction. Maintenance.
In 2001 I began a career in real estate and applied what I had learned toward helping clients find the type of home they were looking for.
I listened to what they were saying about what they wanted in a home and found it for them.
Through the years I have utilized many technologies to deliver information and pictures of properties to clients through many technologies. In the beginning, middle and end - its all about communication.
Its that simple...Lets talk about what you are looking for in a home.
Just so you know, my personal interests include keeping well, being involved in the community where I live, preservation of historic architecture and gardening.
